CCCT BOARD OF DIRECTOR

I am committed

to ensuring Community Colleges remain affordable and accessible to our communities, while continuing to reach our goals of success and completion.  In the next decade, CCC’s will play a pivotal role in education - serving returning veterans, assuming Adult Education, retooling workers for the new labor markets.

I have worked in partnership with K-12 Boards and with business communities to establish a strong partnership and link curriculum and work force development through internships. I believe that the difficulties we face in education are merely the opportunities for us to meet the challenges together, and to make a difference through innovation. 

With over 30 years’ experience in leadership, I have had many opportunities to work with diverse and talented people to accomplish common goals – advocating for education, women’s issues, arts, technological innovation, and community issues. I will bring this expertise to CCCT as a Board member to help our community colleges increase completion and success for our students.
